The products purchased on La Cicogna Firme are sold directly by La Cicogna Firme company under Italian law, with registered office in Via Scopari 5 VAT number: 06543461211. The offer and sale of the products on the Cicogna Firme website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on La Cicogna Firme accepted at the time of check-out are considered effective and binding. Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before purchasing.
How to purchase
A descriptive card, with the image and the essential characteristics, is displayed for each chosen product, e.g.: the color, the size, the unit price. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on La Cicogna Firme may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or the monitor used. La Cicogna Firme is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular configuration of the computer or its malfunction.
Product availability The products offered for sale and the relative price are those indicated on La Cicogna Firme
If, when ordering, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to the simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email is sent. La Cicogna Firme can change at any time and without notice the products offered for sale on La Cicogna Firme and the relative price.
Price of the product The price of each item is indicated in Euro. The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
ORDER
The execution of the purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be made after registering and / or creating a personal customer account ("register for free").

The purchase of the products offered for sale on La Cicogna Firme can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their behalf. The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on La Cicogna Firme is prohibited. La Cicogna Firme reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. La Cicogna Firme will notify the customer by e-mail of any impossibility to accept the orders received.
Order Confirmation
The Customer receives at the time of conclusion of the purchase written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the price of the product and shipping costs.

We will send the ordered items, when the amount due is credited, which must take place within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
