• Bank Transfer

No other forms of payment are accepted.

The financial information of the Customer who purchases on the La Cicogna Firme website (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal data) will be processed exclusively by Banca Sella, and never in the possession or knowledge of La Cicogna Firme.

Payment via credit cards

On the website La Cicogna Firme credit cards of the Visa, Mastercard, postpay circuits are accepted in the most secure mode to date, with the additional guarantee of Mastercard Securecode and Verifyed by VISA services.

Payment by Wire Transfer.

The customer can choose to pay by bank transfer.

The order request will be confirmed by an email sent by one of our Customer Service representatives, who will send you the bank details and details for the transfer.

The goods will be set aside pending the arrival of the transfer.

The customer will be asked to send a copy of the payment by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
