RETURN POLICY

La Cicogna Firme intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund  equal to the price of the items returned in the form of a merchandise exchange or with vouchers if the exchange is not possible.

NO CASH REFUNDS ARE MADE EXCEPT IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES 

The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 15 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned garments are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to La Cicogna Firme, the Customer is required to comply with the following conditions:

A) - All items for sale on the La Cicogna Firme website are delivered to the Customer with the authenticity tag.

The garment should be tested without removing the tag.

The return will only be accepted with the card of authenticity perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.

B) - The garments to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.

C) - The garments must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately. 

D) - All other labels of the garment, both fabric and pendant, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.

E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and only to the Express Courier no later than 15 days from the date of delivery.

F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the La Cicogna Firme website.

G) - Returns of underwear items will not be accepted.

In the event of non-compliance with any of the above conditions, La Cicogna Firme reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

A) - To request authorization to return, the Customer must send a request to info@lacicognafirme.com within 15 days of receipt of the goods.

The e-mail must specify the codes of the items to be returned.

Once the return request has been received, the customer service of La Cicogna Firme will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to be followed.

B - The shipping price will be charged to the Customer.

Ship the package to La Cicogna Firme  Via Scopari 5 San Giuseppe Vesuviano 80047 (Naples).

The shipment is at the risk of the Customer: The Firme Stork is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.

The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and similar type.

All returned garments will be subject to inspection by the staff of La Cicogna Firme who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. The Firme Stork reserves the right to evaluate additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items.

These amounts will be established at the end of the assessment of the condition of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

FOR OUR COMPANY POLICY FOR RETURNS   THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IN MONEY BUT ONLY IN MERCHANDISE OR IN VOUCHERS OF THE SAME AMOUNT OR HIGHER TO SPEND IN OUR STORE (METHOD TO BE AGREED LA CICOGNA FIRME)

WITHDRAWALS ARE NOT ALLOWED AND THIS RULE  IS CONSIDERED ACCEPTED BY THE BUYER AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE 

 

SHIPPING

La Cicogna Firme carries out shipments in Italy and all over the world only through the service of the following express couriers:

Shipments are free THROUGHOUT ITALY for orders over 150€, otherwise the rate of 10€will be applied.
For Europe35€.
For the rest of the world: 80€.

All goods shipped by La Cicogna Firme are  carefully packed.

Together with the goods shipped, La Cicogna Firme will insert the invoice/receipt in the package, indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders regularly filled and paid for will be processed within two working days.

Shipments depart from La Cicogna Firme, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled on the following Tuesday.

FOLLOW YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

La Cicogna Firme offers its customers a shipping service that can be traced at any time, thanks to the service provided by our courier.

The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the tracking number provided by the courier that will allow him to check at any time the progress of his shipment.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to the payment of VAT/VAT on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are conditioned by the areas of destination of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is expected within two days of shipment. European EU countries (DDP): delivery is indicatively scheduled within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is indicatively scheduled within 3 working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is indicatively scheduled up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is up to the Customer to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document.

If the packaging is tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the document of delivery with reservation or refuse delivery.

Any anomalies must be promptly reported to La Cicogna Firme, by sending an email to our customer service.

If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to La Cicogna Firme will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.

If for any reason the shipment was not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be sent back to La Cicogna Firme at the expense of the same Customer. In this case it will be the responsibility of La Cicogna Firme to deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
